Description
when using DeleteMessageVault (MAILBOX-381) for searching by subject in case of containsIgnoreCase will return unexpected result when passing input string in a special locale like Turkish.
E.g, I am a Turkish, one of my deleted emails stored in the vault has "TITLE" word in the subject. When I use lowercase version of "TITLE" which is "tıtle", to search for that email in the vault, I expect it will be returned, but actual is no.
