Description

We want to also chunk attachments. We want to store the payload in the Blob table.

Thus:

• Introduce an AttachmentV2 table and add a DAO achieving this.

You will implement this strategy:

• Write to the new table
• Read to the new, default to the old one.

No on the fly migration.
