[MADLIB-939] lda_get_topic_desc() seems to 1-index the topics, while the topic_assignment field in the output table of lda_train 0-indexes the topics

Description

This doesn't seem to have been documented anywhere, a naive user attempting to use these functions may mix-up the topicids while cross referencing these two tables/functions.
