Context

Users are confused by the general cross validation function

Story

As a MADlib developer, I want to improve the user docs and create a Jupyter notebook with examples, so cross validation is easier to understand.

Create examples for:

• elastic net with mse metric
• tree method with ROC metric
• linear regression
• logistic regression

We will rewrite this module in a later release 2.x . The goal of this story is documentation and to identify if there are any obvious bugs to fix.
