Description
For a madlib module, we can call
select madlib_schema.module_name('example');
to print out examples of this module. They are hard to maintain and not that useful since we already have examples in our user documentation http://madlib.apache.org/docs/latest/index.html/.
We are going to remove those examples for every module that has it, and make sure madlib throw out proper error message when user calls it.
