    Description

      Different versions and configurations of Perl have various bugs with supplying the Perl C API function `to_utf8_lower`, which Lucy's CaseFolder needs in 0.3.x and earlier. In particular, Perl 5.18.0 compiled with -DNO_MATHOMS fails to export the variant used in Lucy 0.3.2, `Perl_to_utf8_lower`.
