Description

The Clownfish::Parser module within the Clownfish compiler is currently
written in Perl and depends on the CPAN module Parse::RecDescent. We need to
port it to C (see LUCY-142) and replace Parse::RecDescent with the Lemon
parser generator: http://www.hwaci.com/sw/lemon/.
