Description

The Messages functionality is implemented in .NET Framework, but not in .NET Core. This is causing the related TestNLS tests to fail. It is unknown whether this affects the normal usage of Lucene.Net.QueryParser.Flexible in .NET Core, but this won't affect any of the other QueryParsers for sure.
