[LUCENENET-518] Custom exceptions are not serializable

Description

Lucene.NET custom exceptions are unable to serialize. The implementation of the custom exceptions doesn't follow the .NET guidelines as per http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/vstudio/ms229064(v=vs.100).aspx

I've created a pull request that identifies and fixes this here: https://github.com/apache/lucene.net/pull/6 but that was before I found this issue tracker.
