Description

As per documentation, the MatchingQueries class returns both getQueryBuildTime and getSearchTime in milliseconds. The code shows searchTime returning milliseconds. However, the code shows buildTime returning nanoseconds.

The patch changes the documentation of getQueryBuildTime to report nanoseconds instead of milliseconds.
