[LUCENE-3674] Query syntax description not precise enough about boolean operators (AND, OR)

Description

The description of the syntax does not mention that boolean precedence with AND/OR does not happen at all. One assumes that it is handled the way boolean operations are handled like anywhere else. I have elaborated this in the mailing list.

Please make prominent that there is no precedence and users have to group explicitly to achieve precedence.
