Description

When IndexSortSortedNumericDocValuesRangeQuery can take advantage of index sort, Weight#count will use BoundedDocSetIdIterator's lastDoc and firstDoc to calculate count, but if missingValue enables, those Documents which not contain DocValues may be involved in calculating count.
