Description

There were some related discussions on the dev mailing list about a possible JCL 2.0.0.
I have created a first draft version of JCL in SLF4J (http://www.slf4j.org/) flavour.

It is based on Maven 2 and a clean separation of API and implementations, without any fallback for an implementation
in runtime. It still consists of the same Log Wrappers as 1.1.x with one jar each.

The source lacks on documentation and the JUnits are not ported yet.

This code is intended to show that an improved implementation has worth in discussing and use.

It has been tested with Apache Tomcat 5.5.23 and JDK 6.0 on Windows Vista.
