Description

For my logging uses, I generally know that I want a file in a specific location that configures my logging. However, it is also generally useful to override that file if there is something higher up in the hierarchy(think of how /usr/local/bin takes precedence over /usr/bin). A method that takes in a list of directories and a list of filenames would be helpful in this case.

The return value from this should probably be a tuple with the enum of success or not, and a string of the filename that was loaded.
