Compressing log files does not create directories

    Description

      When configuring the FixedWindowRollingPolicy, setting the FileNamePattern to something that doesn't exist(e.g. "output/foo-%i.gz") doesn't create this directory if it does not exist. It also does not output any error, so it silently ignores it.
