Description

LT_VERSION is currently not handled by the release-scripts and it's a bit unclear on how to use that properly. I tend to simply increase it by one like was done in the past and add that to the release scripts. While that might be logically wrong, it would work always without breaking anything. There's relevant discussion on the mailing list:
