Exception when using more than one LoggerAppenderFile

      Description

      When using more than one file appender in the log4php.properties, an Exception is thrown in LoggerAppenderFile::activateOptions.
      Apparently, the method is called when the fileName is not yet set.

        proposed solution (patch for rev912120, I'm using git svn, so the patch format is probably not as it should be for svn...)

        in rv925969 with slight modifications (instanceof checks instead of get_class)

        Your patch layout is actually very unreadable and not to use with eclipse I had to pull the content out from the file manually. This works for small issues, but not for the big changes
