    Description

      Instead of past century README.txt format, prefer README.md to support rich markdown syntax https://help.github.com/categories/writing-on-github/.

      Also, if there is no CI setup, please consider adding .travis.yml and appveryor.yml to repo root, setup the CI on those free services and add badge in README.md to reflect the build status.
