Better to link to https://github.com/lightbend-labs/scala-logging than https://github.com/typesafehub/scalalogging

Should also probably update the license and notice for https://github.com/apache/logging-log4j-scala to acknowledge use of code from https://github.com/lightbend-labs/scala-logging - in particular, the NOTICE details in https://github.com/lightbend-labs/scala-logging/blob/main/NOTICE
