Description

As of now, the build requires two JDKs: 7/8 and 11. As stated by mattsicker in a mailing list discussion, this can be simplified by

1. only relying on JDK 11,
2. fixing compile errors, and
3. ensuring bytecode compatibility via maven-animal-sniffer.
