Description
Either find a way to use the existing changes.xml file or convert it into a supported format for generating the changelog. This changelog should be provided in two formats: the vote/announce email/release notes, and the webpage changelog (which is a maven site report). If this is not feasible in AsciiDoc, Jekyll and its macros might be a worthwhile alternative due to familiarity.
