Environment

This should already be fixed in 3.0 since Plugin Providers are now located using ServiceLoader - assuming the shading process properly merges the service loader files in META-INF/services

Description

When creating a shaded uber jar with maven-shade-plugin or jar-with-dependencies the log4j2 configuration file like log4j2.xml won't found. Worked on 2.0.x but needs lot of time time to start. Problem exists since 2.1.
