Description

Several things to be added:
1. livy-env.sh (specify SPAPRK_HOME, LIVY_LOG_DIR, LIVY_PID_DIR)
2. Enhance livy-server.sh to make it can stop server too. And redirect the log to LIVY_LOG_DIR and generate pid file under LIVY_PID_DIR
