Description

LIVY-526 introduced a new version for jetty which is different from the one used by Hive. This can cause conflicts in the version used and cause problems. Since the reason of LIVY-526 was to have security fixes, rather than reverting it we should try and have our version of jetty independent from the one used by Hive.
