Hello

I'm from github and want send patch for next functionality:
1. Added new functionality for ec2:

• list_volumes
• list_snapshots
• destroy_volume_snapshot
• create_volume_snapshot
• delete_keypair
• ex_destroy_image
• ex_modify_image_attributes
• tests for all this

2. In Cloudstack driver:

• repair some tests
• add possibilities create a port range rules in PortForwardingRule
• fix some methods names (list keypairs)
• fix list_nodes and now node object contains extra['port_forwarding_rules'] (in all code this feature doesn't work)
