Description

Reported by user "rotem" on the IRC.

By default, if a user doesn't provide `name` argument, deployment script content gets saved in file `/root/deployment_<random>.sh`. This won't work if the ssh_user used for deployment doesn't have permission to write to /root.

Better solution is to default to user's home directory (~/) which should be writable.
