Description

The OpenStack Compute Driver allows specifying various connection arguments in its constructor, such as auth url/base url/auth version.

Currently when instantiating drivers that use different connections I am just making new classes, this would remove that need.

This updates the Rackspace DNS, Loadbalancer, and Storage drivers with the same functionality. I investigated using a mixin briefly here but ran into failures in the tests, let me know if you would prefer me to investigate this further.
