Description
The Lucene PMC works on a code donation ( LUCENE-3305 ) for the Kuromoji Japanese Analyzer which includes dictionary files licensed under the IPADIC license. As suggested by Craig Russell this license seems to apply to Category A and to finalize this process, creating a JIRA issue is the next logical step. For me its the first time that I am involved in this kind of process so please let me know what you need to categorize this license.
In addition to the license [link| http://www.calculate-linux.org/packages/licenses/ipadic I will attache the NOTICE.TXT file from the donation archive attached to LUCENE-3305 on this issue too.
