According to https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#category-x, LGPL 2, 2.1, 3 are in category X that is not allowed by ASF projects.

But some "Weak Copyleft" Licenses are allowed in category B.

I wonder what is the difference cause this bias?

A certain example - what if I use MariaDB Connector/J (licensed by LGPL 2.1) in the ASF project?
