Description

At Apache Cordova, we have came into a situation that one of our dependencies now imports a module licensed under Blue Oak Model License 1.0.0.

The license text can be found at: https://blueoakcouncil.org/license/1.0.0

Based on our non-legal/non-lawyer analysis, the license appears to be acceptable for Category A of the ASF 3rd Party License Policy

We would like confirmation if the Blue Oak Model License 1.0.0 is okay to be included in Apache projects, and if so, should it be added to the License Policy list?
