[LEGAL-53] Is the creative commons public domain license ok?

Description

The Cassandra project depends on a library (high-scale) that uses the http://creativecommons.org/licenses/publicdomain/ license.

Although intuitively a public domain license should be fine, the wording of that license makes it fairly hard to understand for my non-lawyer non-native english speaker brain

It might be good to mention this license as ok at http://apache.org/legal/resolved.html, assuming it is ok.
