Description

[lang] ExceptionUtils.addCauseMethodName(String) does not check for duplicates.

Will be fixed in SVN shortly.

Fix adds:
ExceptionUtils.removeCauseMethodName(String)
ExceptionUtils.isCauseMethodName(String)
