[KYLIN-5365] check-1700-spark-kystorage.sh should print detail error message when the queue of query is incorrect

Description

When the setup environment is a Read-Write-Separation, when executing the check shell `./sbin/check-1700-spark-kystorage.sh`, set a wrong queue just throws NPE other than detail error message.

However, `./sbin/check-1601-spark-queue.sh ' has detail error message.
