Description
We are planning to release a technical preview version for Kylin 4.0. Since the fact we have re-implement the storage and query engine, we want to make sure user will have access to community support.
I think user open Web UI for the first time, Kylin will display a popup, this popup will contains a link to Kylin4 's manual and contact to kylin team.
This popup may looks like this:
After that user may find help link in "Help" tab.
