Description

CubeMetadataValidator is very useful to format the cube creation.

In xiaomi, we implements multi rules to reduce the operation cost.

eg: ConfOverrideRule which make user set computing queue in cube configuration and forbid to set some configurations like: kylin.query.max-scan-bytes

So it's better to make the rules configuable
