[KYLIN-4082] Throw class not found exception when start kylin

Description

Using apache-kylin-2.6.3-bin-cdh60.tar.gz package to install kylin in cdh6.2.0, when start kylin, it throws NoClassDefFoundError:/org/apache/commons/configuration/ConfigurationException , the log is shown below.

From the Code I can see the class is from the package commons-configuration-1.6.jar, When I find the commons-configuration-1.6.jar , the seach result is like the second image , we can see the cdh6.2 don't have common-configuration-1.x.jar.
