Redistribution Hive Table Step always requires row_count filename as 000000_0

    Description

      In some case, the filename is not 000000_0.
      For example, the output of second attempt of mr job might become 000000_01000.

      java.io.FileNotFoundException: File does not exist: /kylin/kylin_metadata/kylin-xxx/row_count/000000_0
