[KYLIN-1456] Shouldn't use "1970-01-01" as the default end date

Description

Create a new cube, set 2016-01-01 as start date; Build the first segment, kylin shows the dialogue asking for selecting the end date, while the default end date is 1970-01-01. Please see the attachement.

Expected behavior: leave blank for the end date.
