Backport Data Model Editor to 1.x branch

    Description

      Currently, 1.x branch do not support edit data model directly which blocked some cases to refine data model even raise exceptions.

      Back port Data Model Editor from 2.x branch to support edit data mode from UI by cube admin/editor.
