Description

Tracking JIRA to ensure our Raft implementation is stable within the constraints of the Milestone 4.5 feature set. This excludes quorum membership changes but includes everything else.

Here's the list of tests we want (edit this JIRA description to add more):

• Verify that cluster restarts work
• Kill -9 and bring nodes back up with election enabled
• Verification of logical log entries after truncation
• Exercise losing an election in a running cluster
• Kill -STOP, kill -CONT

Didn't make the list: general mayhem not specific enough but seems like the right attitude
