Description

There is a flakiness in HmsConfigurations/AlterTableRandomized.TestRandomSequence scenario: sometimes it fails with an error:

Failed                                                                          
Bad status: Invalid argument: Some columns are not present in the current schema: c460
src/kudu/integration-tests/alter_table-randomized-test.cc:743: Failure
Expected: t.Verify() doesn't generate new fatal failures in the current thread. 
  Actual: it does.
