Description

Major public cloud environments provide reference NTP servers:

• https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2017/11/introducing-the-amazon-time-sync-service/
• https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/instances/managing-instances#configure-ntp

It would be nice to auto-detect the list of reference NTP servers depending on the type of the cloud environment Kudu cluster runs, and use those as reference servers for the built-in NTP client.
