Description

Though adding a new tablet server is straightforward I have been asked questions on best practices a few times. The main follow up question to "how do I add new tablet servers?" is "Do I need to rebalance the data? How do I do that?" 

Perhaps a brief best practices guide here in the docs would make sense.
