Increase the default log retention

    Description

      From our very limited testing on clusters, a log retention of 2 is just two small and triggers remote bootstraps all the time. We need to set it higher (and define how high is high enough). KUDU-38 is probably necessary so that a high enough value doesn't start impacting restart time.
