Consolidate NodeManager UI with RM UI Service Def

    Description

      Having a separate nodemanager service def for the nodes tab in the YARN UI requires a separate service added to the topology.
      Let's investigate merging this into the yarnui service def to remove the need for a separate service in the topology.
