Add "application/x-javascript" mime type to the list of compressed resources

    Description

      "application/x-javascript" mime type resources are not getting compressed by Knox this is an issue for Ambari as it uses Content-Type:application/x-javascript a lot. Also make the mime types configurable so they can be added dynamically.
