[KNOX-725] AMBARIUI and RANGERUI service definitions should specify the default provider chain

Description

Since the Ambari and Ranger services (REST API AND UI) use the pass through authentication provider they typically need to be in their own topology. It would be good to be able to use them in the same topology as other services if the correct policy chain can be defined in the service definition itself.
