We need to ensure better OOTB experience with the samples provided with the distribution. Let's add a README to the samples directory that points to a new section in the users guide.
The samples section in the users guide will describe the assumptions made by the samples and the steps to ensure that they are fully installed and configured in various deployment scenarios.
