[Ozone-Knox] SCM UI through Knox still accessible even after stopping the SCM Instance

    Description

      Stopped one of the three SCM Instance.
      Tried to access the SCM UIs for all the 3 SCMs through Knox page,
      The affected node should not be accessible(which it is right now).
