[KNOX-1879] HDFSUI service definition doesn't work with DefaultHaDispatch

Description

When using the haprovider with HDFSUI, the 3.0.0 version doesn't work OOTB. The ha-classname needs to be specified to prevent falling back to the DefaultHaDispatch.
